现任公司管理学院博士生导师。2010年获中国台湾东华大学管理学博士学位。

2011-2013年担任中国台湾彰化师范大学博士后研究员。先后获得国家自然基金、教育

部人文社科基金、国家博士后基金、福建省软科学基金立项资助。
